Sleep is important to your health and wellbeing. If you begin to consume water early in the day and continue throughout the day, you should have consumed the recommended quantity by your evening meal (which also shouldn't be too late).
This gives you time to void once or twice before retiring for the night and may help you to sleep more consecutive hours on a regular basis.

Hunger should never be experienced on nuweigh. If you require more food, go to the FREE FOOD list and eat without guilt.
We certainly want you to share your nuweigh experience with everyone but having someone else follow your plan is setting them up for failure. A number of things may have occurred...and they are all good news!
- When you have lost approximately 10% of your starting weight, your control center (your brain) steps in. This is a very positive reaction that over the years has been called a "plateau". Do not be frustrated. This is often when you see significant change in the size and shape of your body.
Remember, weight may stay the same but your body fat can still be going down - how exciting. During this time, your body is recalibrating and getting ready for the next drop in weight. BE PATIENT.
